Kid's birthday photography hack

Getting your kids ready is a real struggle. Talk about getting them ready in nice clothes , driving them to a photo studio and keeping them in good mood to get some pictures to mark their birthdays !! That's exhausting !

Let's see if we can get those photos in the comfort of our homes and try to achieve as much professional quality as we can.

There was a trend few years back when DSLR cameras started getting affordable.Everyone bought one and kept taking pics of leaves and food and dreamed they could make a career out of it :) Let's put those cameras to some real use now. Don't worry if you don't have one of those big cameras, You could still use the camera you own or your cell phones.

If you own a foam mat like below , you can take out the alphabets like ONE , TWO, FOUR ,FIVE etc. and make the kid hold each alphabet once and take a pic. For THREE , SEVEN etc. where you have repeating letters just use the same alphabet and take different poses of the kid !

Later join them using any photo app . You can also add some effects and filters that are readily available in the app. All it takes is just a few clicks of a button. I bought this mat so that my baby can play safely while learning to stand and walk. Also I could use the alphabets later to teach him.
