How to save your sofa from kid stains ?

Once you have kids you can forget about a clean and shiny house. here is a small tip to save your sofa from the kid's mess. Some of you might have tried spreading a sheet on the sofa but the problem is it keeps slipping every time you sit .

It's time to use the fitted sheet that you got with the purchase of your bedspread. The fitted sheets have elastic which can hold the pressure when you sit or move on the sofa. Please see the following pics to see what I mean.

You can choose a better designed sheet and set it little bit neater than I have so that you can keep it on even when people visit. Now let your little ones wipe their face on it or spill their food or write with crayons , all you have to do is take out the sheet and put it in the washer. That's one less mini heart attack and yelling scene, Phew ! :)

Note : It might nor work on all sofas but its worth a try . You can always buy furniture slip covers that can fit your furniture.
